2016 – 2017 Officers
Welcome to the website for Lake Harriet Chapter #202, Order of the Eastern Star, Minneapolis, Minnesota. We are a dedicated and active chapter. We raise funds every year for a couple of cancer projects, one being the Masonic Cancer Center at the University of Minnesota. Each year the Worthy Matron (the head of the Chapter) decides on a cause important to her and we also raise money for that charity. Members also volunteer at the Cancer Center and the Masonic home.
We are trying a new meeting schedule this year to avoid dark winter meetings. The following is our meeting schedule, with all meetings at 7:30 p.m:
April – 2nd and 4th Wednesday (April 13 and 27)
May – 2nd and 4th Wednesday (May 11 and 25)
June – 2nd and 4th Wednesday (June 8 and 22)

Please look at the various pages of this website to learn more about us. If you are not a member, we would welcome you at one of our social or fundraising events or at our yearly installation of officers. You may also review our Calendar for details about meetings or other events. You can contact us using the form on our Contact page of this website. If you are a member, please visit us at one of our meetings.
While all members have their own reasons for joining this organization, The Order of the Eastern Star provides an environment characterized by brotherly love, relief and truth. Lifelong bonds with other like-minded individuals builds a strong network of support during life’s ups and downs.
70 Year Members
Very few members reach such a milestone, so we want to honor two of our active members who are celebrating at least 70 years of membership in the Order of the Eastern Star. Congratulations to Lorraine Smith and Betty Ann Rowe!
