WACCY CAKE by Diane Ritchie

Mix together in bowl:
3 C Flour
2 C Sugar
2 Tsp Soda
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 C Cocoa Powder

Add:
2 C Water
2/3 C Salad Oil
2 Tsp Vanilla
Mix a bit.

Add:
2 TBSP Vinegar
Mix briefly.

Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
Bake 350° 30-35 min.
Check with toothpick at 30 min.
DO NOT OVER BAKE.

When cool, frost with favorite frosting or
just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
