CHIFFON BARS by Harriet Ellis
Ingredients
2 C Brown Sugar (packed)
4 Eggs
1 C Oil
1 1/2 C Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
3 C Nuts, halves or slightly broken
Cream Cheese Frosting
Mix together all at once. Add nuts.
Bake in jellyroll pan (lightly greased)
*Can use cake pan (if you want them thicker).
30-35 minutes at 350*.
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting
(home made, Betty Crocker, Duncan Hines, Pillsbury etc).
