CORN BAKE by Jennifer Papas

Ingredients
1 Package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Can whole kernel corn, drained
1 Can cream style corn
1 Stick butter, melted
1 Egg
1/3 C Sour cream

Mix all ingredients together
and put in a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350* for approximately 1 hour,
or until baked all the way through.

Great side dish with potatoes, stuffing or chili!
