EASY LEMON BARS EASY by Diane Ritchie
Ingredients
1 One-step Angel Food cake mix
1 1/2 Cans Lemon pie filling
Mixing
Mix together gently and quickly by hand.
Spread in greased and floured jellyroll pan
(or one 9x13 and one 8x8 pan).
Sprinkle with sugar to prevent sticky top.
Bake 350* 20-25 minutes.
Cool completely. Frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
1 8oz package cream cheese - room temperature
1/2 C butter (1 stick) - room temperature
Add
Cream together well,
add 2C powdered sugar (sifted),
mix well.
*(You can use a mixer for this frosting).
